Andres Navarro, P.E.

Mr. Navarro is a licensed Professional Engineer and Board-Certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering who practices in the field of Accident Reconstruction. Over the past decade-plus, he has investigated well over one thousand accidents and incidents, including automobile accidents and a variety of premises related incidents. He has offered expert witness testimony by way of deposition and trial.
Mr. Navarro is a Fully Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist through ACTAR and has reconstructed over one thousand motor vehicle accidents involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, buses, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, industrial vehicles, forklifts, bicycles, and pedestrians. He has advanced training in human factors related to vehicle drivers, work zone traffic control, imaging EDR “black box” data from vehicles, and collection/preservation of evidence. He holds a motorcycle endorsement and forklift operator certification.
Mr. Navarro has performed hundreds of investigations into premises related incidents, including slips/trips and falls and various fatal accidents. He holds certification in the field of walkway safety in tribometry (the science of surface friction measurement) and walkway auditing. From previous professional experience conducting property condition assessments, he has knowledge of building codes, accessibility codes, safety codes, and industry standards that relate to various properties.
Benjamin Leach, E.I.

Mr. Leach is an accident reconstructionist specializing in vehicle accident investigation and reconstruction, industrial workplace accidents, and premise liability. As a consultant, Mr. Leach applies the principles of design, analysis, testing, and safety to accident investigation and reconstruction.
Mr. Leach is a Fully Accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist through ACTAR and holds an Accident Reconstruction Certificate from SAE International. He has analyzed hundreds of automotive accidents involving passenger vehicles, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, and scooters. In these cases, he conducts vehicle and accident scene investigations, retrieves vehicle “black box” data, utilizes 3D laser scanners, operates aerial camera drones, performs traffic control analysis, and analyzes video evidence using photogrammetry.
Mr. Leach investigates premise liability accidents involving slip or trip and falls at commercial, industrial, and residential properties. In these cases, he reviews applicable building codes and standards and performs coefficient of friction testing. Through his professional experience, he has performed over one hundred commercial property inspections for American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.
Mr. Leach also investigates workplace accidents involving motorized equipment and forklifts. As a certified forklift operator, Mr. Leach reviews the safety and operational aspects of forklift accidents at industrial and construction sites.
